The Adventure Paradox: Horses, Mountains & Dogs
Welcome to the show that is a game changer for you to choose your own adventure! At the end of the week, certified coach and CEO of The Adventure Paradox, Cat Caldwell Myers shares a short minisode based on a seasonal principle needed to reach the mountain top. On Mondays, we drop a full length episode featuring a guest from one of our adventure series. Each conversation will bring you ever closer to the adventure that is seeking you, inside your soul, regardless of your current circumstances (the paradox). Many have forgotten that the adventure is NOW - wherever we are, whatever is happening, and whoever we do it with, as much as it is all that we have done and all that we will do. Animals and nature help us do this, as do connecting with teachers and the principles of adventure. We focus on goals and the realities that often keep us from attaining them, learning to master both in the fullness of "THE Adventure Paradox." Entrepreneurial Mothers, Caretakers and Women who crave elevated relationships and love animals and nature, will especially resonate with our message, community and offerings. We offer writing and podcasting services to teach professionals how to get in to the top 3% of podcasts, publish a bestseller, find their voice and launch their purpose from anywhere in the world. Please add our show to your library and share a review screenshot with us for a free gift!

"K is for Jealousy" is Your 45 Minute Writing Prompt
This week we are doing something differently on The Adventure Paradox Podcast. As we host 10 authors LIVE on social media over the next two weeks, we will not necessarily be streaming our Monday minisode. Instead, it may be recorded over the weekend, like this one was, on my iPhone!
Writing is an incredible portal to the soul and what it is we are really feeling. I love supporting people to get in to their actual feelings (Feel The Feelings!) without trying to override or change them. But sometimes it is tricky... it takes time to really understand why we feel a certain way and not bypass bad feelings for the "good vibes only" thing.
Enter: journaling, and not just for a few minutes, but for close to an hour. Our next guest on the show, coming up this weekend, Anna K. Morris, shares the 45 minute writing practice (come back to heat the rest of what she has to share!). This inspired my own journey in to this particular sensation, or feeling, and the idea of "writing through it" to get to the source of the "Oh."
What is the thing you don't want to write about? Set a timer for 45 minutes - no distractions, and GO. Join us LIVE on Social media the next two weeks for more tips!
